Summary. Education is a system and a social phenomenon. The variables that generate this phenomenon and bring it into a system must be analyzed properly. The policy of education, the philosophy of education, curriculum, school culture, school administrators, teachers, students and parents can be considered as systems that education is associated. Because of involving different variables and being influenced by all kinds of changes that occur in these systems problems of education stay as a complex process.
